Flies of the Week 04-18-2018
Not much has changed this past week. Blue Winged Olives continue to be the hot hatch. Fly Fishing in Town is going strong and the Big Thompson and Poudre Canyon Fishing is picking up as well. Look for this weeks weather to keep the flows low and clear. A 9 foot 5X leader tappered with 6X tippet is the ticket. Midges in the morning followed by BWO’s around 11. The BWO hatch is hot one minute and cold the next.
