Rocky Mountain Adventures, Inc school of fly fishing offers Beginner Fly Fishing Classes in Estes Park, Colorado and in Fort Collins, Colorado. With the Estes Park location Rocky Mountain Adventures, Inc offers a Colorado Beginner Fly Casting Class as well as a Colorado Beginner Fly Fishing Class. Students in our casting class will learn the proper casting stroke from the get go. Students will learn the straight line cast, the roll cast and the reach cast. We will supply all the necessary equipment. This class is 2 hours in length. Our Beginner Fly Fishing Class gets the students in the water and places them in an actual fly fishing environment. We have designed the curriculum of this class to cut 5 years of the learning curve which will allow the students progression as a fly-fishermen to be that much faster. This Colorado Beginner Fly Fishing Class is conducted in the canyon section of the Big Thompson River below Lake Estes. Beginner Fly Fishing Lessons in Fort Collins, Colorado

Rocky Mountain Adventures, Inc School of Fly Fishing offers fly fishing classes in Fort Collins, Colorado for the beginner and intermediate angler. With the Fort Collins, Colorado location Rocky Mountain Adventures, Inc offers a Beginner Fly Casting Class as well as a Beginner Fly Fishing Class. Students in the beginning casting class will learn the essential fly fishing casts. Students will learn the roll cast, reach cast and the straight line cast. No need to worry about gear it is all provided in the casting class. This class is 2 hours in length. Our beginner angler class gets the students in the water and allows them to experience and learn in actual fly fishing situations. Switch Rod Casting Class

Liarflies™ is fortunate to be employed by Rocky Mountain Adventures, Inc as Fly Fishing Instructors. Rocky Mountain Adventures, Inc School of Fly Fishing is now offering a Colorado Switch Rod Casting Class. Trout friendly switch rods are gaining in  popularity with Colorado Anglers especially on such rivers as the Cache la Poudre and the Upper Colorado.  Switch rods can be fished with one or two hands. Switch rods are normally 11 to 10 ½ feet in length and can be found in weights all the way down to 3/4. Switch rods allow the angler to easily cast copious amounts of line or high stick that out of reach pocket during high water. The students in our switch rod class will learn the essential spey casts such as the snake roll, snap-t and the double spey. Our students will also learn how these multi-faceted angling tools can be used to pursue trout in our own backyard.  This class will be conducted in the canyon section of the Cache la Poudre River near Fort Collins, Colorado or on The Upper Colorado River near Kremmling, Colorado.
