“Fly fishing is medicine,” Evan says, “plain and simple,” with a smile. Chasing trout on the fly is a way for us to reset, slow things down, and remember why life actually makes sense. Evan spends most of his time chasing trout across Colorado, tying LiarFlies, and managing day-to-day operations for LiarFlies. When off the water, you’ll usually find him playing his guitar, having a tequila at The Mish, or scheming up the next adventure. He’s the proud co-owner of Liarflies: Colorado Fly Fishing Adventures, where they keep things relaxed and honest while focusing on providing clients with some of Colorado best fishing and incredible days in the outdoors.
