I like to tell the students in our Beginner Fly Fishing Lessons that your are never doing nothing when it comes to fly fishing. Trout really don’t care how your fly gets to the water, they care about what you do when it is in the water. What I mean is, you have to be hyper focused on everything in order to be successful. Time flies by when you are on the water. You are able to leave all your troubles and worries on the rivers edge. Fly Fishing allows you to naturally social distance and be outside. In some cases being in the water gives you a different perspective on views that most people only see from a car driving by. In our Beginner Fly Fishing Lessons we not only teach you how to cast with a fly rod, we teach you how to fish with a fly rod. Fly Fishing with a fly rod cannot be taught on grass at a park. All of Liarflies Beginner Fly Fishing Lesson are taught on the water were the trout are actually at. Our Beginner Lessons take 5 years off the learning curve. This allows the student to get out on the water and enjoy the sport of fly fishing immediately. Most important of all Fly Fishing is a life long sport that can be enjoyed for years to come.
